Shipping Policy
We take pride in packaging and making sure your items are in good condition when you receive your order. We cannot control what happens when USPS delivers your item.
Packages Not Received
Please be sure to review your shipping information. All packages are insured when shipped through USPS. If you have not received your package but it says delivered, please contact that carrier USPS or UPS immediately. We are not liable once the carrier is in possession of the package nor when it is delivered, and you have not received it. If you have any concerns, please contact us via email. In the subject include your name and order number.

Hello,
My name is Mimi, order number 12345 and my order shows delivered but I have not received it. I have filed a claim with the carrier, yet I wanted to make you aware as the sender.

This shows that you made initial contact with the responsible party.
All our products are handmade. Please allow 3-7 business days to process your order.
*WE DO NOT WORK ON WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS
All orders are shipped in the order in which they are received. Our timeframe is 5-7 business days. We ONLY ship Tuesday-Friday. Once your item ships, you will receive a tracking number.
